Coaching, workshops, implementation support, consulting, or service-based offers may involve reserved time, preparation, access to resources, or limited availability.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written agreement, payments for coaching, workshops, or services are non-refundable once the service has started, access has been granted, or preparation has begun.

If you need to reschedule a call or session, you must give reasonable notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be treated as used and may not be refunded or replaced.

SaaS products, memberships, subscriptions, or recurring access products may be billed monthly, annually, or on another recurring basis.

You can cancel future billing according to the cancellation process provided for the relevant product. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or expressly stated.

We do not usually provide partial refunds for unused time, unused features, missed usage, or failure to cancel before renewal.

If you purchase through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all agreed payments unless we state otherwise in writing.

A payment plan is not a subscription that can simply be cancelled to avoid remaining payments. It is an agreement to pay the full purchase price in instalments.

If payments are missed, we may suspend or remove access until payments are brought up to date.

If a product is faulty, misdescribed, not delivered, or cannot be accessed due to an issue within our reasonable control, please contact us so we can investigate and provide a suitable remedy where required.

This may include fixing the issue, restoring access, replacing the product, or providing a refund where legally required.

If you purchase a third-party product or service through an affiliate link, your purchase is with that third party, not with CreateFlow Online Ltd. Refunds, cancellations, support, billing, and disputes for third-party products are governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised without contacting us first, we may suspend access to the relevant products or services while the dispute is investigated.
