You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our coaching, SaaS, business training, memberships, or other paid services.
Where we offer free educational content, newsletters, templates, or general resources, you must be at least 16 years old to access them. If you are under 18, you should only use our website or free resources with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse access, cancel accounts, or refund purchases where we reasonably believe a user does not meet the required age criteria.
4. Accounts and Access
Some products or services may require you to create an account or access a third-party platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You must not share your login details, resell access, allow unauthorised users to access our paid products, or attempt to bypass any access controls.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused our services, failed to pay, or acted in a way that may harm us, our users, or our reputation.
5. Products and Services
We may provide digital products, online courses, live or recorded coaching, group programmes, SaaS tools, templates, resources, and related services.
Product descriptions, features, bonuses, pricing, and availability may change from time to time. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content on our website will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may update, improve, replace, remove, or discontinue products or services where reasonably necessary.
6. Educational and Business Information Only
Our content, courses, templates, tools, coaching, and resources are provided for educational, informational, and business support purposes only.
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, business growth, sales, leads, rankings, visibility, automation outcomes, client acquisition, or other commercial results. Your results depend on many factors, including your implementation, market, offer, pricing, experience, audience, effort, systems, and external conditions.
Nothing we provide should be treated as legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, employment, medical, or regulated professional advice. You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where needed.
7. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, fees, or recurring subscription charges.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not usually store full card details ourselves. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or becomes overdue, we may suspend or cancel access to the relevant product or service.

Some products or services may be offered on a subscription, payment plan, or recurring billing basis.
Where you purchase a subscription, you authorise us and/or our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide at the stated intervals until cancelled.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Where payments are overdue, declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, we may suspend access to products, services, software, memberships, subscriptions, content, communities, or resources until payment has been successfully received.
9. Digital Products and Immediate Access
Many of our products are digital and may be made available immediately after purchase.
By purchasing a digital product and accessing or downloading it immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied, where permitted by applicable consumer law.
This does not affect any rights you may have where the product is faulty, misdescribed, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
10. Coaching, Workshops, and Services
Where you purchase coaching, workshops, calls, implementation support, or other services, the details of the service will be set out on the relevant sales page, checkout page, proposal, or written agreement.
You are responsible for attending booked calls, completing preparation work, and implementing the guidance provided. Missed sessions, late attendance, or failure to participate may not entitle you to a refund or replacement session unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We may reschedule sessions where reasonably necessary due to illness, emergencies, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
11. SaaS, tools, and third-party platforms
Where we provide SaaS products, automations, software tools, templates, integrations, or technology-based services, you acknowledge that access may depend on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, payment processors, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, browsers, email platforms, CRM systems, or other services outside our control.
We do not guarantee that our SaaS products or tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every system, or available at all times.
You must not misuse our software, attempt to reverse engineer it, scrape it, copy it, interfere with security, overload systems, or use it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
12. Usage limits / Fair usage policy
Certain products, subscriptions, software services, or SaaS platforms may be subject to usage limits, fair use restrictions, feature allowances, account limits, storage limits, communication limits, or other service restrictions.
Where usage limits apply, they will be displayed on the relevant sales page, pricing page, proposal, checkout page, account dashboard, or product documentation.
If your usage materially exceeds the limits of your plan or creates excessive costs, technical strain, security concerns, or adverse effects on other users, we reserve the right to restrict usage, require an upgrade, suspend specific features, apply additional charges where applicable, or terminate access in accordance with these Terms.
13. Communications compliance
If you use our products, templates, automations, funnels, forms, CRM systems, messaging tools, email systems, SMS services, WhatsApp integrations, or related services to communicate with contacts, leads, prospects, or customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and platform requirements.
You must not send unsolicited, misleading, unlawful, or non-compliant communications using our products or services.
We are not responsible for your compliance with email marketing, SMS marketing, telemarketing, privacy, data protection, or communications laws.
14. Templates, tools, and implementation resources
Templates, prompts, frameworks, automations, workflows, swipe files, scripts, and similar materials are provided as starting points only. You are responsible for adapting them to your own business, brand, legal requirements, audience, and circumstances.
We do not guarantee that templates or tools will be suitable for every business, platform, legal jurisdiction, or use case.
15. Licence to use our content
When you purchase or access our content, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, unless we expressly state otherwise.
You must not copy, reproduce, share, sell, licence, distribute, publish, upload, give away, modify for resale, or create competing products from our content without our written permission.
This applies to our courses, videos, recordings, templates, tools, frameworks, documents, prompts, downloads, platform content, branding, written materials, and any other intellectual property.
16. Rebrand, resale, or private label rights
Some products, including Growth Gateway / Rebrand Resells or other specific offers, may include rebrand rights, resale rights, private label rights, commercial use rights, or similar permissions.
Those rights apply only where they are expressly stated on the relevant sales page, licence document, checkout page, or written agreement. If a product does not clearly state that resale, rebranding, or redistribution is allowed, you should assume it is for your own use only.
Any resale or rebrand rights may be subject to separate licence terms, restrictions, minimum pricing rules, attribution requirements, prohibited uses, or other conditions.
17. User content
You may provide content to us, including comments, testimonials, feedback, form submissions, business information, files, images, documents, or other materials (“User Content”).
You remain responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to provide it to us.
You grant us permission to use, store, process, copy, display, and transmit your User Content as reasonably necessary to provide our products and services, operate our business, improve our offers, and comply with legal obligations.
Where you provide testimonials, reviews, feedback, screenshots, or case studies, you grant us permission to use them for marketing unless you tell us otherwise in writing. We will not intentionally disclose confidential or sensitive personal information without your consent.
18. Community rules
If we provide access to a community, membership area, group, forum, live call, chat, or shared workspace, you agree to behave respectfully and lawfully.
You must not harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, share confidential information without permission, promote competing offers without consent, scrape member data, spam users, or upload malicious code.
We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
19. Affiliate links and third-party offers
We may recommend, link to, or promote third-party products, services, software, tools, platforms, or resources. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission or other benefit if you click a link or make a purchase.
We only share recommendations we believe may be useful, but we are not responsible for third-party products, services, claims, pricing, availability, fulfilment, support, refunds, data practices, or results.
Your use of third-party products or services is governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.
20. Prohibited uses
You must not use our website, products, services, content, software, templates, or tools:
for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes;
to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
to upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code;
to scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or collect data without permission;
to spam, phish, impersonate, or mislead others;
to interfere with security or access controls;
to resell, redistribute, or share access except where expressly allowed;
to create competing products using our intellectual property; or
in any way that may damage our business, users, systems, or reputation.
21. Prohibited content
You must not use our website, products, services, software, funnels, templates, automations, or related resources in connection with:
unlawful activities;
fraud or deceptive practices;
pornography or adult content;
illegal gambling activities;
illegal products or services;
exploitation, abuse, or harmful conduct;
hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or violence;
malware, phishing, or cybercrime activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe such activities are occurring.
22. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in our website, brand, products, content, course materials, templates, tools, software, text, graphics, videos, audio, documents, frameworks, designs, and related materials belong to CreateFlow Online Ltd or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
23. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, the relevant sales page, checkout page, product-specific terms, or any written agreement between us.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases of digital products, templates, downloads, memberships, software services, subscriptions, SaaS products, courses, and related digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Subscription fees are non-refundable and cancellation of a subscription prevents future renewals only. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
Where a product includes a specific free trial, guarantee, refund period, promotional offer, or product-specific refund policy, those terms shall apply to that product.
Nothing in this section affects any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
24. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have certain rights in relation to faulty goods, misdescribed products, services not provided with reasonable care and skill, or digital content that does not meet legal requirements.
25. Availability and changes
We aim to keep our website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to suspend access for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of our website, products, or services from time to time.
26. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, data, opportunity, anticipated savings, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim, except where the law requires otherwise.
27. Indemnity
If you use our website, products, services, content, templates, tools, or software in breach of these Terms, you agree to compensate us for losses, claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from that breach, to the extent permitted by law.
28. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting failures, platform outages, cyber incidents, strikes, illness, severe weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government restrictions, or other unexpected events.
29. Privacy and cookies
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
30. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date.
Your continued use of our website, products, or services after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
31. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
